Part-time Specialist Support Teacher

Initially for academic year 1.9.08 - 31.8.09 (MPS/UPS)
Required for 1 September 2008

The Governors wish to build our internal capacity to deliver targeted intervention work within the school in the fields of literacy and special educational needs.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated teacher for this new part-time role, who is prepared to play a full role in the life of this very successful and fully inclusive Catholic school.

The successful candidate will:-
· Have a track record of excellent teaching skills.
· Have at least three years teaching experience.
· Be committed to the school’s Catholic and inclusive ethos.

Visits to school are welcomed, by appointment.

The Governors are prepared to be flexible for the right candidate who would wish to co-ordinate working arrangements with other work. This is therefore a 0.4 or 0.5 or 0.6FTE post.
