The Office for Schools has for some time now undertaken a programme of school visits. These visits are not inspections, so relax! We want you to share with us your successes and plans so that your achievements can be acknowledged and celebrated. The visits should:
- last between one and one and a half hours
- involve a discussion with the headteacher on school community related issues
- tell us about what you do well
- tell us how we can support you
- involve a tour of the school
We hope to visit each school over a two year period. This will also help us enormously when we hold discussions with our local authorities.
